In Photoshop, when you go to Preferences > Interface > Text > UI Scaling, there are options "Auto", "100%", and "200%". 200% is too large, auto = 100%. Without the settings below, auto and 100% are way too small. The steps below fix that issue.

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015
  2. Right click Photoshop.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Change DPI settings
  3. Select the mark next to Override high DPI...
  4. Select "System" from the dropdown
  5. Click twice "OK"
  6. Run the program again
